Jaw Crushers
Primary reduction with documented jaw opening and toggle-plate relief for hard-rock feed.

Publish feed size, closed-side setting and t/h maps before the tender closes — Tier 4 Final drives, ISO 4406 hydraulic cleanliness and AS 4024 guarding on every Powerscreen circuit.
Powerscreen packages jaw opening, cone CSS, screen vibration frequency and hydraulic cleanliness into one commissioning log so equipment managers can paste numbers into the bid binder.

Default for hard limestone and granite: simple toggle relief, wide feed-hardness tolerance (Mohs ≤ 9 class), and lower liner spend. Peak cubicity is secondary to stable t/h and short downtime windows.
Wins when asphalt-grade cubicity or recycled concrete dominates. Blow bars raise shape quality but wear faster on abrasive trap rock; we publish that liner-life trade against the jaw baseline before the bid closes.
Application engineers reply with jaw opening, CSS recommendation and screen deck count within one business day.
